Products that are punched, by press or turret, and brake formed or folded, can benefit from labor savings by roll forming.
Punching, roll forming and cutting to length can be performed in a single process to minimize material handling, for a variety of products from garage door slats to shelving:
- Part length and hole patterns can be changed on the fly, to minimize downtime
- For flexible fabrication, the production queue can be setup in a bill of material, batching style format
- Parts come off the roll former complete, ready for painting or assembly
